The Challenge
With a new logo and a bigger story to tell—representing all six towns, not just Westfield—the Chamber had outgrown its site and membership tools. Settings were inconsistent, data was scattered, and it was hard to see who was active or manage renewals and event access. We refreshed the brand system (colors, typography, messaging) for the six-town focus, moved to a new membership platform, standardized the database, and redesigned the site around the actions visitors come to do: Join and Attend.
