Hourly rate

For maintenance plan clients – our rate is currently $85/hr billed in 15min increments.

For non-maintenance plan clients – our rate is currently $105/hr billed in 15min increments.

Why different rates? Even fairly simple updates to a site that hasn’t been routinely updated, secured, and maintained by us often require more work. This is another reason why we recommend joining our monthly plan. With our monthly maintenance service, we can offer discounts on updates, revisions, and additions to keep your website running smoothly.

Retainer Packages (must be used within 6 months)

10 hour retainer  – $800

20 hour retainer  – $1400

While we estimate full projects at a fixed rate, we offer hourly rates for quick website updates, one-off development additions, and graphic design work. Our existing clients know we work fast and provide the most timely, efficient service. As soon as we get as much information as possible, we provide an estimate of the number of hours it will take to complete the project.

Our rates are still lower than other web agencies and design shops with our level of expertise and customer service. (Most professional freelancers and design teams charge anywhere between $75-$250/hr)

What happens if I don't sign up for a plan?

In this case you’ll be responsible for your website updates and securty yourself.
Leaving your website unupdated will lead to poor performance, slow loading times, gradual loss of Google rankings and compromised security.
The site’s tools, plugins, themes and WordPress itself will quickly go out of date which is the #1 leading cause of website hacks. It’s incredibly important to keep ALL your website tools and plugins up-to-date.
