Monitoring & Security

To ensure your site is up and running smoothly, we use special tools to monitor its traffic and activity. We protect against potential hacks, and security breaches and keep your site online 24/7.

Website Backups

Backing up your website consistently is critical for many reasons but most importantly, if the site should need to be restored, transferred or downloaded, we offer external backups and restore points for all clients on our plans.

Are there cancellation fees?

Nope! Our website care plan offers the flexibility of monthly or annual subscriptions, backed by a hassle-free, unconditional guarantee. Should you decide to discontinue our hosting or maintenance services for any reason, you are entirely free to do so, provided you notify us one month in advance. 

Are there any setup fees?

If we’re developing your website, you can enjoy zero setup fees if it’s within a 90-day window!

However, if you decide to enroll in our hosting or maintenance plan after the initial 90 days, a setup fee of $99 will be applied. This fee covers the necessary updates to all tools, database cleanup (if needed), installation of our tools, site backup, and other essential tasks.

For websites that were not designed by our team but require onboarding to our services, a setup fee of $250 is charged. This covers comprehensive updates, tool familiarization, and preparations required for proper ongoing maintenance.

Do you offer just maintenance?

We are happy to provide maintenance services for websites hosted externally, provided your hosting solution meets our requirements for proper site maintenance and optimization. Please contact us to arrange a consultation and discuss specific pricing details for this service.

What if I pass on the plan?

While our maintenance plan is optional for clients, we strongly recommend it due to its crucial role in ensuring security, optimization, updates, backups, and support.

However, should you decide not to opt into our care plan, you are free to do so. In such cases, you will be fully responsible for managing your website’s updates, security, backups, and other related tasks. Please be sure to review our LIABILITY CLAUSE, which absolves us of any responsibility in the event of a breach, hack, or performance issues due to insufficient optimization.

Can I join the plan if I originally pass?

Certainly! If you ever reconsider and decide to join our maintenance plan after initially opting out, we’ll welcome you back with open arms. We’ll ensure your site is fully protected and well-maintained. Please refer to the setup fees mentioned above for details on onboarding a site after 90 days.

What if I require more time than the monthly support time allows?

We always aim to complete your updates within an hour to help you avoid additional costs. However, if your updates require more time, we’ll provide you with an estimated timeframe and proceed at our reduced hourly rate, exclusively available to our monthly care clients!

What if I pass on the plan and my site gets hacked?

If you prefer to handle the issue internally, you can reach out to our recommended specialists, Sucuri, for malware and blacklist removal. Alternatively, if you’d like to enroll in our maintenance plan and have us manage the cleanup, we charge a $499 site cleaning/setup fee.

Please note that recovery from a hack or breach, depending on its severity and duration, can impact SEO rankings and lead to blacklisting issues, potentially taking weeks or even months to resolve. Additional efforts may be required for full recovery.

Important note: We only address website hacks if the site is or will be covered under our maintenance plan.

What if the site gets hacked or breached while on the plan?

In the rare event that your website is compromised while under our care, we accept full responsibility and will address the issue promptly. You won’t have to take any action; we’ll handle everything to ensure your site’s security and integrity are restored.

Do you take on sites that you didn't build?

We are open to taking on websites that we didn’t initially develop, provided they utilize tools we are already familiar with or can quickly adapt to. Additionally, it is essential that the website’s hosting environment meets our standards and requirements.

Do you offer price breaks for multiple sites?

Absolutely! If you decide to host and maintain additional sites under your account with us, you’ll receive a 30% discount on each additional site, whether you choose monthly or annual billing. This discount will remain in effect as long as you continue to host and maintain those sites with us.

Does my monthly update time roll over?

No, the retainer covers hourly updates for that month only and does not carry over to subsequent months. Unused hours do not accumulate for later use.

What's included in the monthly time?

Your monthly allowance under the premium or ultimate plans covers any updates, additions, or enhancements to your website. This could include changes to business hours, company details, team member information, adding new images, and updating service pages.

We strive to complete all updates within your allocated time each month. If additional time is needed, we offer this at a discounted rate through our hourly retainer.

Please note that the monthly time is specifically for updates or changes to your existing website and does not apply to new projects or comprehensive website overhauls. For these types of projects, we can provide services at a discounted hourly rate or offer a separate fixed project rate at a discount.

No-Risk Guarantee

Our plan comes with a no-risk, no-questions-asked guarantee. In the unlikely event that you want to pull your site the plan, you only pay for the month or year you’ve paid for and you’ll be provided with all site files and logins.
